My mission is simple: to keep surprising people with flavour, fun, and a little bit of freeze-dried magic. I want to keep pushing boundaries, trying new things, and turning everyday treats into something unforgettable.

That means more weird (and wonderful) creations, more local market moments, and a whole lot more crunch. I’ll always keep it personal, hand-packed with care, made with joy, and shared with the same energy that started it all.
